@1222343323332 - EA and console accounts can be linked, but this only links your Library. You can access your creations and Gallery downloads on either platform. That said, Library items containing CC won't be visible or available on the console version. I, myself, have both PC and PS4 versions. It would be nice if cross-platform content was a thing, but it is what it is. I have all add-ons for PS4 but only about half for PC.
