Does this still happen if you remove your mods/CC?
The issues I've ran into with gendered language is things such as Nanny notifications saying "boyskids" and sims saying "They's" instead of "They are/They're"
"The boyskids are in good hands." It's important to note both kids mentioned are boys.
"I heard you became friends with Morgyn Ember. They's pretty cool!" In my game I have Morgyn Ember's pronouns set to They/them and in the example sentences everything makes sense.
