1. What's your OS ? Win 10 (PC) Win 11 (Laptop)
2. What's your game version ? 1.107.151.1020 DX9
3. What language is your game ? german
4. What country are you in ? Germany
5. Did you have troubles at all before it first appeared? No, just since the forced update (But I was not able to claim the desert lux kit when it was free a few years ago (09/10 2022), it didnt appear in my game as free, some EA Dude in the forum fixed in manually, that was my last trouble, dont know if there is any connection).
6. Do you still have the freezer bunny tile ? Dont know what that is, where to find it or if I ever had it
7. If you're on a mac, are you using EA app or Origin ? No mac
8. Any mods/cc in your game? MCCC, UI Cheats and some CC Hair
9. For EA app: Please provide the EA app Error Report number 0622854c-2eab-4dd3-9df6-1cee578d8f4e
10. Did you do anything specific when it disappeared (like updating the game) forced update

  @crinrict Yes I read it, but as my game is in german, I wasnt really sure. I reported the issue to EA, is that what I was supposed to do? That code came up in the end: 0622854c-2eab-4dd3-9df6-1cee578d8f4e dont know if that is what you need, but from my experience the EA support is the worst (at least the german one) and they dont help you at all.

  @crinrict Update: I just checked the game and the fridge and the trash can from last weeks bonus are in my game now! I know a 100% they have not been there yesterday, at least not on PC. On my laptop they are now. Still cant see the event and claim this weeks rewards though. Weird

    Hey. I'm not sure, but i'v read somewhere, probably somewhere on the forum, that these rewards are saved exactly on the device on which you've claimed it. So if you've claimed it on your laptop, those rewards will only be on your laptop. If you want them on another device, you need to go to some folders and copy them to your another device. But I don't really remember which folder are we talking about. you should go look for clues on the forum (or maybe it was somewhere in the Internet....)
