Re: Household corrupted? Infinite loading screen & household gone upon movin

Could I send you my save too? I'm having a similar issue. Not only am I getting stuck on an infinite loading screen, but when I play with one specific household, my game will crash, and when I reload, their household will be completely gone. Other times, I will play with them, get a last exception, and my game will freeze and I have to force quit, losing my progress. And finally, whenever I save and exit from this household, or any household in this save, when I reload the game, the household has been deleted. This is a legacy save that I've had since 2019 and I really don't want to have to start over but I don't know what else to do.

@haechanslover I tried all that: Going to CAS, travelling, switching households and back, then saving and reloading the game and all is fine for me.

Did you ever try splitting up the household to see if you can narrow down the culprit to a certain Sim ? One Child does seem to have a graphical glitch at the neck.

@crinrict I tried splitting the household one by one and it seems that it’s a glitch with all of them, because the bug reproduced even as I tested. I even tried having them move households to see if the lot was the glitch and the bug still happened.

@haechanslover I really don't know what's wrong cause it works fine for me.

Could you try creating a new windows user, start the game from there and just add the save game over to see if that helps (all for testing)

@crinrict I just tried that as well, and when I loaded into the game their household has already been deleted.

@haechanslover The save you sent to me was the only thing you put into the new folder ?
