What worked for me (finally) was 1. turn testing cheats on 2. turn on move objects cheat 3. use shift 9 or 0 **NOT ON THE NUMBER KEY PAD(!)**

This person gave the correct answer... and I just want to reiterate: DO NOT USE THE NUMBER KEY PAD!!
I struggled with this way too long T_T
