@anqrei1  No, if you buy content on Steam, you'll only be able to access it through Steam.  You could still use all your owned content together, just via Steam rather than the EA App.  That means uninstalling the EA App version of Sims 4 and reinstalling it through Steam, then downloading your EA-owned packs (but not another copy of the base game) through the App; the data should go into the folder for the Steam install and load in-game just as if you'd bought the packs from Steam.
