Re: Inactive played sims now skill up when used as NPCs

I just started having an issue with the game randomly telling me about characters I've never played nor created. I'm on a date, and, for some reason, it's telling me about unknown sims. For example, it says "Junko Hara acquired the retail sales skill." I'm not sure -why- it's telling me this. I don't know who that is. I've never met them. I certainly never created nor played them. Why am I suddenly getting these messages?
