Hi crin I created a new sims 4 folder and put my saves back and the wash tub is working as it should now 😀

- It is ? Interesting. For me it worked fine but the labels were also off. Sounds like a random glitch then.
Feel free to open a bug report if it comes back. I am actually having the same problem. I have a pet, and using the wash tub does not actually clean the clothes. They still say used.
