@clarissams3 Have you checked Manage Households for the Sims? Depending on your Neighbourhood Stories settings, they might have moved out.

Hey I just checked in all my saved files and they're not there either, so bizarre
Are you sure they were in the same save, not another that got deleted? And when you checked other saves, were you checking earlier versions of your current one?
