Hey @jsophiak , I just tried it on my side and it worked out, you need to add the code to the "Apply a promo code" section (even though it's technically not giving you a discount). See here:

If you want to use the creator code to support someone, you can cancel the pre-order and do it again. Just note that the creator code doesn't give you a discount, but it supports a specific creator.
