@MzMelonz since this isn't yet possible, have you tried carrying a portable outdoor seat/camping seat in your inventory? Or a cooler works as well. You'd need to be on a lot, rather than just any open space to allow you to place it.

I bought Little Campers and assumed the pillows and blankets would work for seating but they don't I still have to put seating there. They would have been ideal for a Uni meet up or study session under a tree! I tried to make an open air movie spot using them but as cute as it looked it didn't function quite the way I wanted.
