Even with them on for features too such as us prep ingredients use fresh ingredients you can't cook grand meals only breakfast and fish dinner. I used a picture with the check marks green but off same issue no error code no explanation

Is your lot off-the-grid? If it is, then that can be why you are unable to cook the grand meals.
