The game will use the location it was purchased in to set the available languages for install in some cases as you mention, but in some cases we have the ability to change this on your behalf.

  • Hello,

    I've contacted EA about this and now I've received a new tab on my Origin which contains all the available languages on the Sims 4.

    However, when I try to update the new tab, I'm presented with the following error and it doesn't look like there's anything I can do.

    I can't see your pictures, but I'm assuming you're seeing the issue in this thread now?

    If so, that's being investigated right now and hopefully I'll have an update to share soon.

    Im not sure if this is the issue mentioned in that thread, as I am able to download my original version of the Sims after I uninstalled it, however I cant update the new version that I recently received from EA.

    @kuba0398000 Yes, I believe that's the same issue. Please keep an eye on the other thread linked above for any updates.
