@phoenixjklin @ there is an alternate and it says you have to have level 6 video game skill and level 2 charisma skill also is that the e sports branch you were trying to get into

His video game level and charisma are both at 6.
I'm trying to get him the E-sports scholarship, but it just won't unlock again after it got rejected the first time.
@phoenixjklin I'll check it out on my game tomorrow and see if the same thing happens to me.
I improved another skill of his too and found that I can apply for a scholarship for that skill, but just not the ones I've already applied for. Ugh, this is frustrating.
