Re: Sims 4 stuck on loading screen.
I have tried to play Sims 4 for well over a week. I have sent 2 reports and have not received a reply. I have repaired the app, uninstalled everything more than once, cleared caches, and made sure my laptop was up to date. I have cleared the history and turned off all apps running in the background. I even created an older post where I shared the last exception code, and I have heard nothing back at ALL. I do not use MODS, nor do I have any viruses, etc. I recently paid for another year and now can't play. I have spent a lot of money on various packs and expansions.
What do I need to do to play my game again? This is happening way too often, and I am seriously thinking it is time to talk to an attorney. Fix the issues or give me ALL of my money back, and I mean all of it. You can come up with a free play update, but can't fix my issue??? I have been playing Sims for 15 plus years. We deserve better!
EA, you let me know, do I get all my money back for all I have spent, this includes money for every single package and expansions, etc., or do you fix it?
