Re: Today is July 22nd. Why hasn't Cottage Living Downloaded yet on my PC?

For those having issues with the Cottage Living Download, I found out that even if you preorder using a Bank card (Visa), they won't take the money until Launch day, so check with your bank, check your EA account under orders. I had to cancel mine as I no longer have the funds there to support it. I don't understand why have a preorder system if they have no intentions of taking the money out of your account ,and allowing it to go through. At least that was what happened to me. I had an order in Processing then googled to find out that if you don't have the money there it will not go through. Even checked my emails and saw there was an error processing that order, so I just cancelled it for now. Guess I'll buy it next month when I have the money.

@shadowzgreymoon if I go into my order history and hover my mouse over the ? next to it, it says I have been billed and that "some items may not have been delivered yet"

@shanyaberollin I had that too, and I checked my email and got the "We have an problem billing your account." Then my google search uncovered that EA doesn't take the money from your account until the game releases.
