@GiardiniDiMarzo is correct. Children can't gain any comedy skill even though they can do a lot of the things that contribute to it like teens and above can. That skill won't show up in the skill panel until they reach teen. There are a number of other skills as well, that children can do the actions to increase the skill level, but the learning won't count towards skilling, nor will the skills show up in the skills panel. Acting, gardening, skiing, snowboarding, fitness, and wellness are just a few of them, there are more that children cannot gain any skill in.
