Yes, provided your Sim is in the Doctor career then you have the option to come a long. You will also have the option with a pregnant Sim to give birth at the Hospital. The Get to Work Expansion is required.

Just checking you weren't watching a youtube video of someone using Zerbu's Travel to Special Lots Mod; I used it for a while but the amount of staff is very low in comparison to 'usual' but is still working I think. Also, 'Coolspear' over at Sims Asylum made a reworked wormhole that took you 'anywhere' as well. You'd have to check if they are up to date if interested though

What about when I send my sim to the hospital to relieve her baby but the lot is empty??

@Sea_King1193, has the hospital lot been empty just one time or multiple times? Do you play with Mods or Custom Content (CC) ? 🤔

My hospital lot is empty too☹️  And i have the get to work expansion☹️ 

I have get to work expansion but my Sim doesn't have the option to go to hospital? I have even seen the actual giving birth on a you tube video. Any recommendations?

The Sim only have the option to "Have baby at hospital" when in labor. If want to see more of it let one of your sims join the Doctor career.

You can not place the Hospital anywhere. It comes with the Get To Work expansion and like the Laboratory and Police Station is in its own area only accessible if you work in the relevant career or in the case of a pregnancy are in labor. It does not happen by itself you must click the pregnant sim and select "Have baby at hospital".

My mom want me to go to the hospital with her is it like as soon as she leaves do you have to do it or is there a way you can go to the hospital

If your mom wants you to go to the hospital with her she means in the real world. She will know how to get there.

In the game you need to be in the doctor career or the sim need to be pregnant and in labor.
