@luvndrhaze Is it winter? That picture reminds of when it's winter in the sims and you pause the game at a weird time as it starts to snow.
Have you checked to make sure your graphics resolution is selected on the correct resolution? If you change around the toggles in the Game Options > Graphics to lower quality, does that fix the issue?
