Re: Will Sims 4 play on Levon ideapad
@shan25800 There are plenty of options for gaming laptops in the under £900 range. I'm not going to list all of them (it's quite a long list), just what I think are the best choices for the given price. If you don't see quite what you're looking for, let me know what details are missing, and I'll do another sweep.
All these laptops have a 512 GB hard drive, which is more than enough for Sims 4, GTA, and a couple other games of similar size. They also only have 8 GB RAM, but they're all upgradable, now or later, if you decide you need more memory. A second 8 GB module currently costs around £30. And there aren't many gaming laptops in this price range with 16 GB pre-installed, probably because manufacturers expect people will want to upgrade themselves.
On the lower end of the price range, this one is £700 and has a graphics card that should run Sims 4, all current packs included, on ultra settings. That may not be true for the entire run of the game—we don't know how demanding future expansions will be. But a mix of high and ultra settings should always be fine. Its processor is okay for the current GTA, but perhaps not for the next one, although official recommended specs haven't been released and won't be for a while.

This HP is £800 and has a somewhat stronger processor, especially for gaming, and the same graphics card:

This Asus has the an equivalent processor to the HP and a slightly faster graphics card, and it's also £800:

For £900, you can get an Nvidia 1660 ti, a much faster (~50% in gaming) graphics card, one that's overkill for Sims 4 and your other games, although the next GTA will be able to use all that speed and then some. There are only a couple options I found for £900, but they're both well-reviewed models. The major differences are the processor—the one in the HP is marginally stronger—and that the Lenovo runs quieter and cooler. You can get either one from the manufacturer or from a third-party site.

In case you decide you want something lightweight, this one is also worth mentioning. It has the same processor and graphics card (Ryzen 5 4600H and Nvidia 1650) as the other Asus, but it's smaller, and it's also a bit more expensive (£900) for the convenience. It's supposed to be an excellent laptop overall.
