realm of magic rock can’t be clicked in build mode?

I’m playing sims 4 on my ps4 and i downsized a rock from the realm of magic pack, but now i can’t move/select/delete it in build mode? 

How can i fix this?

(also i do have cheats on like move objects and free build) 

gameplay issue

    Notice that even though you changed its size its footprint remained the same so you must click were you would if it was the original size. This is however mainly a problem when enlarging things.
