I have planted snapdragons and lilies five separate times and no luck. I have placed them on the ground then planted, placed in a planter then planted, planted by clicking and selecting the flower, gotten a flower from debug... is there any way to work around this? I don't have any mods,i have restarted the game (which resets the reward to the "Buy Starter flowers" promt) but still wont work.

Same here, I think that both of my adult sims have planted a total of 7 Lillies and 6 snapdragons, still will not accept that they are planted. BTW, planted both indoors and out, still nothing.
