What's happening exactly when you try to download For Rent?

If you look over the transaction history on your EA account for this purchase, is For Rent showing as completed, failed, or processing?

Hi everyone,

I’ll just like to mention as I put it on this thread, that the original poster has created, I’ve had a similar issue with some of the content from the “ Sims 4 - for rent expansion Pack”, however, my issue isn’t due with the pack itself, but I tried downloading the digital content material, that is linked, or is provided, along with the pack, and it wouldn’t let me download it/them at all, on the EA app!

Are you referring to the Street Eats preorder content? What happens when you try downloading your content, are you seeing an error message?

That’s correct, When I try downloading it, The download doesn’t start on the EA app, and every time I click download, it doesn’t work. But I am able to download the “For rent” pack.
