releasing sims with debt

Is there a way for me to block a few creators on here? they are on the most popular sims page and every one of their sims is not playable because they made their sims all have debt. like -100k debt?? I just want to see other creators without having to worry about saving unplayable sims. Or is there a cheat for me to be able to input as im selecting a plot for them? so i dont have to stary my household at -500k...
