Save will be with you shortly. I managed to get the save to load when I tried again later so I attached are pictures of what the lot should be and what is loading in. It's also coming up with the already reported bug of it not showing them as property owners till opening BB.
- crinrict2 years agoHero+@SparkyRabbit82 Did you ever use tool on this lot ? Did you build it yourself ?
It does look the same on my game and interestingly enough, bulldozing the lot doesn't get rid of those floating furniture. It's like building got deleted.
Do you have a backup ?- 2 years ago
No, I've only ever had TOOL in my game once and it was a few years ago but as I couldn't work out how to use it, it got promptly removed! The lot was the original one that was there, I just added to it. Only back-up I have are the recoverable saves from before it happened. I don't mind going back to these as it was only a few hours previous but I can't be certain it wouldn't happen again.

I've just thought of something quite interesting. I noticed earlier when loooking through other For Rent bugs that there was one referring to basements not showing up on the map when loading into the lot. I started to build a basement last night on my rental lot... I loaded up my last save before the issue occurred and the basement isn't there, just under and hour later, I've started building a basement and then what I'm reporting occurs. Coincidence...? Could basements be an issue in rental lots?
- crinrict2 years agoHero+@SparkyRabbit82 So you were able to duplicate the issue on a pre-bugged save just by building a basement ? Possible that basements are causing issues among other things although I've not seen any other reports of houses just disappearing.
If you start a fresh save game, go to the same lot and then build a basement, does the same happen ? (for testing)
