have you ever used tool on this save ?
Do you have a backup you could go back to see if it happens again without mods/cc ?
I have not used the tool mod in this save. I did find that going to manage worlds and reloading the lot put my house back in the proper lot. I did go into cas again to test it and when I exited, I was back along the edge of Copperdale, I haven't had a chance to test the save without mods yet, I'll update when I get a chance. So reloading the lot seems like a fix but it did happen again.
