If The Sims 4 is supposed to be a life simulation then why aren't no preteens it makes no since to go to child then teens when it doesn't happen in real life.! So I beg of you ADD PRETEENS TO THE SIM...

I have no idea what a preteen preset body is. It certainly is not something in the game so it is no wonder you can't get it.
Unfortunately to depict what you talk about the child stage should be expanded by several weeks making it much longer than YA where more things happen that can be depicted in the game such as Marriage, kids and work. While I agree that a lot happens in a child's life I see no meaningful way to depict that in the game.
