Romance interaction is gone

Hi! 

My sims 4 game is not showing the romance interaction when first clicking on sims. When I have introduced the sims the romance interactions are limited. 

I have removed all of my mods, cleared the cache on the ea app, repaired my game, and uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue still persists. 

I also tried the factory reset of the game as mentioned in a previous post and the issue still persists.

Any help would be great as I'd love to continue my 1735 hours of gameplay and legacy challenges.
