romantic relationship problem

For some reason, my Sims all seem to have completely lost the ability to love. It’s fine for a while, then suddenly nothing—the romance bar keeps dropping, even if I use cheats to increase it or stop relationship decay.

I’ve already tried everything: removing all mods, remaking my Sims, loading old saves… nothing works, it just keeps happening.
