Roof intrudes inside house
When putting in fence to try to create an indoor balcony, connecting the fencing to the wall causes the roof to show up inside the house. It's like it treats the house as the outside when completing ...
Hopefully I've understood the problem correctly...
I was able to create an indoor balcony by building the first floor, created the outside wall as a wall and within that created a path (size doesn't matter and will be dependent on space and taste) and then clicking the inside area I wanted to remove, twice (once to show the 'room' I had created inside the fence and then a second time to bring up the 'remove floor' option), to remove the floor and create my indoor balcony. The flooring for the balcony can be done before or after this stage - I recommend before simply to see if the floor has been removed (whenever I've done this I've used grey stone floor tiles on the bottom floor and brown wooden floor tiles on the balcony floor, so if I can no longer see brown wooden floor tiles and the previously mentioned grey stone floor tiles from the second floor I know the intended action has worked).
Putting the roof on top of this level wasn't a problem.
I hope this helps.
Hope you're well.
