louisof10 What you are seeing is not unique, it's how roofs work. Painting the back or side walls of a roof will automatically paint both the back and side walls on the roof. In addition, the game does not see the back and side walls of a roof as legitimate walls for the purpose of defining a room. In your case, the way to get around all that is to ignore the roof surfaces and draw full wall around the inside of the rooms on that floor including where you have the dormers. Doing that will allow you to paint the entire room in one go. What I see in your pics is that the room does not have full height walls all around (dormers).

Thanks for your comment. Although as I describe, I already know that. Witch is why I am reporting it as a bug and not at building question 😉 and I'm certain that the room has the walls that you talk about, because they get visible (and are wallpapered as the rest of the ''real'' room) as soon as I remove that one side of the roof.
As a side note all of the terrain paint on the lot, also changed after the latest game update - it's not disappeared (as it sometimes do), but it's a different swatch.
