roommates

is anyone else having issues with the roomates when living in apartments? specifically, i keep having random sims walk into my apartment to serenade both my sim and any other sim who's visiting the apartment. it's driving me insane i just had four sims walk in in a row to serenade my sim. please help 😭😭
