Save game error 0 and can't pay/don't receive bills

I've been playing a couple of saves and on both I get one bill, I can't pay it and I never get another one after that initial one. It's nice to not get bills but it's also a part of the game... I al...

Thank you for pointing me towards those. Hoping they get fixed soon, it has made the game unplayable for me
