Save problems

When i finished creating a new family and try to save it, it keeps loading but never ends, also, nothing is saving, every time i open the game i mute the music on settings save the changes and when i open the sims again the music is there, every time i delete and old save, they come back the next time i open up the game. Also the gallery dotn work for me anymore. Im really sad because i was just starting on the sims😟
