Screen flickering white once in a while

hello. this flickering happens for literally a second once in game , like  very fast ,game is not laggy or buggy . video card drivers  i did updated just yesterday, i play with dx11 since it was setiup for me automatically.  once i did restored sims save file from one drive and my game  now called restored too .can it all be because maybe my game now is bugged or so?before i dont remember those flickers . 

 i have amd 6600 videocard
