I don't like this CAP in the new Eco Lifestyle pack, "Sharing Is Caring" is code from everybody steals from you. Sims are even stealing from the Vet Clinic, even employees. I don't mind giving gifts ...

the issue that NAPs from other worlds follow NPCs from that world should be fixed with the latest patch. Perhaps start a new game. And you are correct that you must live in a world to change the NAPs there.
