"Sharing Is Caring"
I don't like this CAP in the new Eco Lifestyle pack, "Sharing Is Caring" is code from everybody steals from you. Sims are even stealing from the Vet Clinic, even employees. I don't mind giving gifts ...

@patienceshepard it annoyed me too so I started a new save and turned off NPC voting in the game options. At least that is less work than removing that NAP from each neighborhood that got impacted.
