Sim’s body and face shape won’t change

When I edit my sims in CAS (with cas.fulleditmode on), their body and face shape just change back in live mode to whatever it was before I edited them. I’ve tried removing al my mods but it still does it when I don’t have my mods installed. Is this a bug or something on my end?
