Sim keeps canceling work early

My sim goes to work then cancels work and comes home after an hour each time im not sure what is causing the issue

    @Becky678 There's a few things that can cause this.

    - Are you in a club meeting ?
    - Any mods/cc ?
    - Is it only one Sims or multiple ?

    Ive taken them out and did 50/50 and still have no idea and no club meeting and its with multiple sims

    @Becky678 Do you own get together ? With that you can have clubs and these are known to cause issues still.

    Have you also done a folder rename and tested a fresh save to see if it's related to the specific save game ?
