Sim unable to interact with other sims unless in household

They can try to get autographs and stuff from famous people, they can "call over" sims. If they can not call over a sims then I can't even clock the sim. It was before this recent update. I updated t...

did you test this with multiple saves and households or is this an issue for your current household only ?

Could you maybe add a pic of what you are seeing ?
