sim wearing default underwear in shower/bath/ & when naked

sim wearing default underwear in shower/bath/ & when naked

This error keeps persisting, I tried everything and it still is not working

I also found a thread where people talking about this same issue but it didn't seem to get addressed so I decided to start another thread about this

please fix this

everytime sims get updated we have to expect something to be broken? 

this is frustrating
