Sim with Distinguished Economics Degree Can't Get Career Level Start Higher

My sim has a distinguished degree in economics from Foxbury, with honors. She got all A+'s in each class, has her graduation portrait and diploma in her inventory. She also has the trait under Degrees, "Economics Degree," which lists it as a distinguished degree.

It's also been several days past the graduation ceremony. When applying for the career only the Education path shows that she has a Distinguished Degree and offers to start her as an Administrator. The Conservationist Career and Business Career do not show her distinguished degree or offers to start her job any higher. I've removed the 2 mods that were in, MCCC and TOOL mod and repaired my game, still the issue persists.

I'd like to be able to finish the Academic aspiration, including "Get a Job Using a Degree."
