Sim won’t change outfits, interactions cancelling

I’m playing on PC, no mods. I have all EPs and most other packs. My Sim keeps resetting whenever a prompt to do anything that requires an outfit change happens, including going to work, going to bed, showering, etc. I have tried the obvious things like using cheats to reset/debug. Still not working. Other sims don’t have this issue. Changing her outfit style in CAS also doesn’t work. Can’t leave lot, can’t change into any available outfit at all, and thus most interactions now cancel. I have the latest updates installed. 
Does anyone know how to fix this glitch? Thanks!
