Sim won't sleep in bed but can only nap

Thos just happened recently and my Sim just moved in with their fiancé and on the first night, one of my Sims just won't go to sleep. Every time I put them to sleep, they repeatedly wake up immediately a second later. But they will take a nap on the couch. Thats the only way for me to get him some sleep but it barely does much.
