Sims 4 Chat bubble dialogues show up as blank or just wrong bubbles for the sim.

What happens when the bug occurs? Some of the dialogue bubbles pop up as nothing.
What do you expect to see? no blank dialogue bubbles
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Sims dialogue bubbles are messed up and just some of them appear blank or the wrong dialogue bubbles pop up. Like if i clicked my sim it would show the bubbles like if i clicked on another sim.
