I can't connect to my sims 4 gallery. I have been able to in the past but for a few weeks now I have not been able to, it says its because of my internet connection but I am online on Origin and can access the internet on my PC. I have tried many things like updating the game, repairing the game, disabled my firewall. So I am unsure what I should do now?
Any help would be very useful!

Maybe you have broken connection configuration in your game folder
You can try resetting the game in a very safe way.
Change the name of the game folder by adding, for example, the word "old" to the name. After switching on the game, a new clean game folder will be created,
Check whether you still have this problem with the Gallery with the new game folder.
If the problem has disappeared, copy from the old folder and paste into the new game folder following folders: Tray, saves and mods instead of the new ones created by game.
If the problem hasn't disappeared delete this new game folder and restore the old name
