Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know? Help?!?
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try to either play og remodel the stonestreet apartment, my game gets stuck on the loading screen. - I cannot close the game or anything. I have to restart my pc and open the game up again in order to play. It does not work to make a new save or to clear chace in the EA app, or to restart the app. I do not have any cc or mods, so I am at a loss. I did not know that there ware apartmens there until I made a new sim the other day and stumbled across it, so do no know if the problem has been there always, or if it somewhat new.
What do you expect to see? I would like to be able to enter the lot, have my sims live in it, and remodel/decorate. Like any other lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
