keep getting sent back to manage worlds menu

i am at my breaking point . every time I go into a sims world (not just one with CC) I get sent back to the manage worlds menu. This has been happening about a month or so and have tried all the remidnies (see below). One time I got the error message of 122:502fc384:b7e315fb. I cannot build or create a new household. I had this problem happen once last year on a different save file and device but it fixed itself. I play on a 2020 Mac Air iCore7 chip last year it happened on a 2018 model. I have removed my mods scripts etc., deleted EA app, ran BE, used s4s, cleared thumbcashe, updated mods, repaired the game, all of that fun stuff !
