I've been trying to contact support for 2 days now. I missed their call yesterday and they never log onto the live chat. I have been waiting in the live chat for hours and hours. What are the customer service hours? Will I be able to get a refund?

I'm afraid in this case we won't be able to provide a refund on the Island Living DLC for The Sims 4. As it states in our refund policy: Downloadable content (DLC) and in-game currencies are not refundable if purchased separately.
