Sims 4 jungle adventure

Jungle on sims 4I have been trying to contact EA&nbsp; it's been a nightmare y is it so difficult to get through to you that's&nbsp; ridiculous.&nbsp; Any way I regret&nbsp; buying jungle adventure every time I go on it my whole family comes up double&nbsp; and I don't know why if it's not going to work I want my money back period.

There are a few things you could do :
1. Try repairing your game. Go to Sims 4 homepage and click on Manage. Then choose Repair.
2. Uninstall the pack and request a refund ( not always available) https://help.ea.com/uk/help-top-issues/?product=the-sims-4
3. Contact EA via EA Help and tell them about your issue. They may be able to advise you further https://help.ea.com/uk/help-top-issues/?product=the-sims-4
